bit939 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "bit939", "we", "us", "our" — refers to bit939, the operator of the website at bit939.org, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" — refers to the bit939 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services accessible at bit939.org.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bit939 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by you on the bit939 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by you and held in your bit939 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds allocated to your Account by bit939 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real money or bonus money staked by you on any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming, betting, payment, and customer support services offered through bit939.org.

2.1 Age Requirement. The bit939 Platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Registering on bit939 constitutes a legally binding declaration that you meet this minimum age requirement. bit939 reserves the right to request official government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may only maintain one (1) registered Account on the bit939 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bit939 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly whenever that information changes. bit939 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.

2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. bit939 makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any specific location. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). bit939 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. bit939 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. bit939 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bit939 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. bit939 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your Account as a precautionary measure during any investigation.

3.3 Account Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bit939 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. bit939 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to inactive accounts, the amount of which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deduction. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the Account may be closed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bit939 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. bit939 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. A minimum deposit threshold applies to each payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the bit939 cashier page and are subject to change at bit939's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. bit939 is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.

4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bit939 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any unlawful activity. bit939 cooperates fully with relevant anti-money laundering (AML) investigations and may freeze accounts or report activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable cause for suspicion.

4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit unless bit939 determines otherwise at its sole discretion. bit939 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5.1 General Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bit939 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are intended for individual players. Only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be claimed per person, household address, IP address, device, or shared network environment. bit939 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and close any Account where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. bit939 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the bit939 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets placed on bit939 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the bit939 Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, bit939's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

6.3 Void Bets. bit939 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrectly displayed price, that resulted from a technical error or data feed failure, or that was placed in circumstances that bit939 reasonably believes constitute match-fixing, fraud, or collusion. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your Account.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-transaction and daily payout limits apply to certain game categories and bet types. Current limits are published on the relevant game or market page. bit939 is not obliged to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limits.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be submitted to bit939 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. bit939's decision on all disputes is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures required under the applicable international gaming license.

7.1 Our Commitment. bit939 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. We take our obligations under applicable responsible gaming standards seriously.

7.2 Age Restriction Enforcement. bit939 operates a strict 21+ policy. We use verification procedures to confirm the age of our players and will immediately close any Account where the registered user is found to be under 21 years of age. Any balance held in such an Account may be withheld pending investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. You may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or a permanent exclusion from the bit939 Platform at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

7.4 Deposit & Wagering Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and session time limits through your Account settings at any time. Increases to existing limits will be subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit939 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud in connection with any bet or game;
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets or collect winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new Account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account on your behalf;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or damages the Platform infrastructure.

9.1 All content on the bit939 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall visual design — is the intellectual property of bit939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bit939.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of bit939's intellectual property may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10.1 Service Availability. bit939 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bit939 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where bit939's liability cannot be fully excluded, bit939's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. bit939 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond bit939's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or acts of third parties.

11.1 Your use of the bit939 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bit939 collects only the personal information necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, verify your identity, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11.3 All personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. bit939 maintains a data breach response procedure and will notify affected users in accordance with applicable data protection obligations where a breach is identified.

12.1 Right to Amend. bit939 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bit939 will notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Account Closure by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bit939 support. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Termination by bit939. bit939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction, or if we determine that continued operation of your Account poses an unacceptable compliance risk.

12.4 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of bit939's international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bit939's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the applicable regulatory body for final adjudication.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
